companionship. Having served our Brooklyn community for almost 30 years, we have vast
experience in creating the most positive environments for dogs, and value the trust that has
been placed in us to provide the highest quality of care to your beloved pet. Here, every doggie
daycare guest is treated like family.
We accommodate drop-offs as early as 7am, and pick-ups as late as 8pm. For your additional
convenience, we also offer curbside pick-up and drop-off services in our customized, pet-friendly van. Please note that reservations are
required for all doggie day care participation, as noted below.

Our all-weather facility allows your dog to experience year-round outdoor play, with cool water
in paw- and bone-shaped doggie pools, sprinklers, dog-hydrants, misters, and bubble machines
when the weather warms up, and the thrill of snow piles and snow tunnels when it cools down
again (with plenty of shoveled paths for our shorter-legged friends, of course!). Our team is
trained in leading creative, enriching playgroups that take full advantage of the outdoor
conditions. All programs are informed by our education-based approach, providing the most
well-rounded experience for your pet. As part of your dog’s caregiving team, we strive to work
with you so that you can simply enjoy your time with your dog instead of stressing over whether
you are meeting their basic needs for exercise, play and socialization.

Your Dog is Never Alone
Woofs ‘n Whiskers doggie daycare is the worry-free alternative to leaving your dog at home
alone. Dog playgroups are always supervised – without exception – by our friendly team
members, all of whom are highly trained and hold Pet CPR and Pet First Aid certifications. As
lifelong pet lovers, all Woofs ‘n Whiskers team members understand that each dog’s needs are
unique and are dedicated to creating an environment that promotes the health, happiness, and
safety of your pet.
A structured program that balances play and rest for healthy, happy dogs.
Unlike conventional doggie daycare and boarding centers in New York City that consist of ‘play
all day’ arrangements in which dogs are constantly indoors and often overstimulated, Woofs ‘n
Whiskers provides a healthy balance of both play and rest. We run fully supervised play groups
all day long based on size, age, and temperament that are geared towards the individual
requirements of each dog. These play groups are designed to provide the socialization and off-
leash outdoor time that your dog craves and are alternated with appropriate time for rest. This
allows dogs to relax, drink water, and nap in private individual spaces between periods of
activity and promotes a sense of calmness and normalcy while meeting all needs for
socialization and play. Decades of devotion to providing optimal care has taught us that this
structured schedule is conducive to stress reduction, with dogs returning to their pet parents at
the end of the day (or at the end of a boarding stay) healthy, happy, and relaxed.
Vaccination Requirements
Dogs: Rabies, DHPP (distemper combination), Bordetella, Canine Influenza (H3N8 and
H3N2).
