dog to or from daycare? Working from home and finding yourself with more to do and less time
to do it? Looking for some extra assistance in simplifying your dog or cat’s travel to and from
their boarding reservation? We’re here to help!

Woofs ‘n Whiskers proudly offers pick-up and drop-off curbside concierge service options for
our daycare and boarding guests. Our shuttle van is designed for your pet’s comfort, and you
can rest assured that they will be in the care of our experienced, attentive, and highly trained
staff for all local travel.

The Woofs’ van is designed for your pet’s comfort and you can rest assured that they will be in the care of our experienced, attentive, and highly trained team for all local travel.

Shuttle Service

Woofs ‘n Whiskers is excited to announce our shuttle service between Warren Street and Coles Street. You can drop-off and pick up your pup at Warren Street for daycare and boarding services at Coles Street. The Woofs’ van is designed for your pet’s comfort and you can rest assured that they will be in the care of our experienced, attentive, and highly trained team.
Service runs from Cobble Hill to Red Hook in the morning and from Red Hook to Cobble Hill in the evening.

Curbside Service:

  • Available Monday through Friday (not available on weekends or holidays)
  • For cats and dogs
  • Must be scheduled ahead of time. If we can accommodate adding the service at the last minute, there is a $25 same-day request fee.
  • Pick-up window is between 7:00AM – 8:30AM.
  • Drop-off window is between 7:00PM – 8:30PM.
  • Curbside – no in-home service available

Curbside service means that we will meet you at the curb in front of your home to hand off your pet. Please note that we are only able to provide a window for pick-up and drop-off times. Exact timing is determined by which guests are using our services that day, geography, weather, and of course, Brooklyn traffic. We will text you a heads-up 10 to 15 minutes before we arrive. It is important that we have your most current contact information, and that you are ready when our van arrives.

Shuttle Service:

  • Must be scheduled ahead of time. If we can accommodate adding the service at the last minute, there is a $25 same-day request fee.
  • Pups must be dropped off at Warren Street before 8:00AM
  • Pups can be picked up at Warren Street after 7PM

Shuttle service is for shuttling our guests between our two locations. The drop off window at Warren Street is 7-8AM for shuttle to Red Hook. The pick up window at Warren Street is 7-8PM.

For curbside pick-ups, please:

  • Let us know if your pet was fed and/or medicated, or if they will need to be fed upon arrival at Woofs ‘n Whiskers.
  • Make sure that your cat is securely in their carrier and ready to go before the van arrives.
  • Make sure that your dog has pooped and peed before getting in the van.
  • Email special requests, changes to food or medication ahead of time.

For curbside drop-offs, please:

  • Be ready to meet us curbside.
  • Make sure we have your most current contact information.

We do our very best to respect your time by texting ETA’s with as much accuracy as possible given the variables involved in providing transportation in an urban environment. We ask that you respect our time as well. Delays lead to our guests spending more time than necessary in transit. Therefore, we charge a $25 waiting fee for any delay lasting more than 5 minutes once
the van arrives. As with all our policies, this is a measure designed to ensure the health, happiness, and safety of all our canine and feline van passengers.

Van service can be scheduled when booking your daycare or boarding reservation and is listed as an option on our online reservation form.
